Lori Whitacre:

  Lori has been with us since 2010. She has been working in the veterinary field for over 10 years. She started here as a technician. She is currently employed as assistant manager and receptionist. She is responsible for seeing that your pets get an appointment quickly to take care of their needs.  She takes care of inventory.  Lori is very knowledgable concerning all aspects of routine pet care.  She is highly skilled at providing her patients with all their needs while at the hospital. She has been described as having great compassion for all her patients.  Lori is considered dependable and hard working to accomplish a level of pet care that is of high standard.  Lori makes certain that every client is well informed during each visit.

Mrs. Whitacre currently resides near Paw Paw, WV with her husband Shaun.  Her home is full of love with two dogs (Bailey and Pyro), two cats (Shelby and Mozzie), and her Sun Conure Layla.  Lori loves to listen to Shaun play music, for he is a gifted musician.  Other hobbies include spending time with family and friends, playing with her pets, kayaking, and the new hobby of quilting.

Rachael Cramer

Rachael is a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Animal and Nutritional Studies. She started working at CVMC in 2014 as a technician. She puts compassionate care of your pets at the top of her priorities.  Rachael is considered a hard working and dependable team member.

She is an avid reader and knitter. Rachael is happiest exploring the trails and by-ways of West Virginia, whether she is hiking with her Red Healer, Dustin, or riding her horse, Patrick, or four wheeling with her husband Phillip.


 Alyson Nicholas

Aly starting working at CVMC in 2014 as a technician. She started working with animals in 2002 at the ASPCA. In 2005 she became a vet tech working in Baltimore, MD. In 10 years that she has worked as a veterinary technician she has worked with a large variety of animals.  Over the years she has rescued and found loving homes for many sick and injured animals. 

Here at CVMC, Aly is responsible for assisting the veterinarians in procedures from routine care to surgery and the care of hospitalized patients. She is considered a very skilled technician and is very thorough educating our clients about the care of their pets.

Aly shares her home with her wonderful husband Stephen and her 3 children, Triniti, Taylor and Brantley. Her pets include 2 dogs, Squishy (a pit bull), Snoopy (a yorkie mix)and her cat A.J.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves being outdoors. Since she is from Maryland, her all time favorite activity is eating crabs with family and friends on a warm day.
