To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit , cash and personal checks.
In an effort to keep your costs to a minimum, we ask that you consider our business concerning the following matter. We will be charged 4% of your balance by banks and credit card merchants when you use your credit or debit card. We ask as a courtesy that you pay by cash or check. Credit cards are still being accepted at this time with no additional fees to you.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the hospital. This ensures the safety of your pet and our clients. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while on the premises. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Prescription Drug Policy
We comply with state law concerning a documented patient/doctor relationship. No prescription drug will be dispensed without a current medical examination by a state licensed veterinarian.
